Scraper

I wanted to compare the worlds largest building in Dubai to our puny skyline in San Diego. It looks Really freaky looking. I heard back in the early 2000's that a private corp wanted to actually build the tallest structure on the entire west coast of the Americas here in San Diego. It was denied .... I hate the politics in this city.

RG 98

Yesterday, I Painted at this event called "Aerosoul" down at the 3rd & K yard in Chula Vista. I painted a SaKE outline from Rob Goblin/TBK.  The original outline was on the back of  an envelope from a letter that storm sent me from 1998.

594 in Progress!

Boy, did Miles really get it after I saw this one morning!  I left the easel for a minute to make some coffee for my self. While I was mixing some cream and sugar... I had a strange feeling inside....so I checked to see what Miles is up to. I find, Sake junior getting busy and dis'n my shit!  What made it worse was that Miles was covered in oil paint, so I had to clean him right away, then discipline him and then... check on the painting.  Luckily the paint underneath was dried and was easy to clean with some turp. Man, I was steaming mad!!!!

Nice work Miles!
I do like how it looks near the lips, kinda cool.

The Perpetrator, caught red handed!

ICE CREAM!!!

Man!, I reeeealy....love a good ice cream cone. Especially home made ice cream. The Empire State, has Stewart's ice cream shops  and they are all over the place, they are as commmon as Dunkin Donuts and for what they have, they put out a decently good product. If your EVER in Saratoga Springs and ya need some soft serve?!!.....  "Dairy Haus" is the joint!  Especially, when it comes to the "lemon custard-black raspberry swirl." Oh damn!.... Not to sweet and not to tart perfect!  Man....this place rocks. Only down fall is that DH is seasonal. Another choice of mine for great homemade ice cream is... well, for some odd ball reason if your in this part of Montana ....... is Bergie's convenutally locate North of Jesus and West of nowhere in  Nashua, Montana.  I don't remember details but... I do remember Bergies has some tasty Ice cream and was voted my favrite until.....

We went to Omaha, Nebraska......and visited Ted & Wally's Ice Cream Shop. This spot knocked my argyle socks clean off.  T&W has the best Home made Ice cream by far.  I even made a vow afterwards  "To only eat homemade ice cream only"......well, with the exception of stewarts when in New York.

Holy crap!!!! I'm getting the chills just looking at this picture..
( lemon and peanut butter chocolate )

Chyna got a cup? What a wus!!!

Ice cream makers...this is what pumps out the goods.

The spot.

Aug 1993

15 years ago this month, I was featured in the Source magazine.  This is the first time they had box cars featured in the Source.  At the time painting on box cars was slowly starting to catch on. The trend exploded around the mid to late 90's.  Although, I painted my first box car in 1985  and continued to do so off and on before my major arrest in 1994. I never quite caught the bug to paint them as consistently as I did with walls or even considered it serious. It felt like a poor mans subway car. I never felt that I could have the same satisfaction as I would if it was a subway car in NYC, maybe that's why, I never seek them out intentionally, It was mostly using scrap paint after finishing a burner near a wall that happened to have trains near by.

I painted this in 1992 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, along with Giant, Vez, Sofa, Went and Calgon. After sending the photos to Mr. Wiggles, he personally went to the source and gave the flicks to Chino.

V

Found this little lizard running around the yard.

My hands are still jacked up from the latex allergy. I picked a sensitiVity to latex through tattooing and using latex gloves. If I even touch latex paint, I break out in a mean rash on my face and my hands swell and a blotchy red spots appear.  I also get a weird tiny blisters that form under my skin.
